The Claflin Hill Apple Tree Arts Chamber Series concludes with a totally new and innovative chamber music presentation of a new and recently premiered performance of CHSO Music Annotator Jon Ceander Mitchell’s original short opera based on the story of Mary Anning – the unsung heroine of modern paleontogoly!  Written for small chamber orchestra, soloists and chorus ensemble – Jon’s composition is founded in classic English “folk song and symphonic” style with flavors of Vaughn-Williams and Holst highlighting the telling of a fascinating tale!  A singular event – not to be missed!!!
